INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

Individual training is our most popular and intensive service. This training takes place one-on-one with the athlete and mental performance consultant to individualize and implement a game plan to improve an athlete’s performance and find the best sport-life connection.

How it works…

After our intro phone calls to confirm that we’ll be a good fit, we get to start to start working together! We always start with an initial 50-minute virtual session with the athlete and consultant to get a comprehensive background on the athlete, create some goals for working together, and start to implement this plan. At this time, you now officially become a COGNELITE Athlete! After our 50-minute session, we will determine the best plan of action for going forward in terms of how often we should meet and how else we can support you.

At COGNELITE, we run our programs on a session-by-session basis.

What’s included as a COGNELITE Athlete when doing sessions with us?

  • 40-minute 1:1 virtual sessions: Virtual sessions, one-on-one with your mental performance consultant.

  • Communication and check-ins as needed with your mental performance consultant.

  • Phone call check-ins with your mental performance consultant as needed.

  • Parent support as needed.
