  • Jess Hanson, MA, CMPC – Founder and Lead Mental Performance Consultant
    Jess is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) with a passion for helping athletes develop confidence, resilience, and a winning mindset. With a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology, she brings expert guidance and evidence-based strategies to enhance performance and well-being.

  • Kiley Smith, MS – Mental Performance Consultant

    Kiley holds a Master’s in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology and is currently pursuing her Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) credential. With a background as both an athlete and coach, she’s passionate about helping athletes build confidence, manage pressure, and perform at their best.

  • Delaney Knipp, M.Ed. - Director of Operations & Client Development
    Delaney holds her Master’s of Education in Educational Psychology. With her background in business operations as well as being a lacrosse athlete and coach, Delaney thrives off of helping COGNELITE run smoothly while reaching as many athletes as possible.
