Instead of reacting to every performance or comparison, athletes learn to reset quickly, stay focused, show up consistently, and find their full potential in the moments that matter most.

Performance Program
A structured, high-level mental performance program designed specifically for athletes across all sports navigating the recruiting summer.
Through consistent 1:1 support, athletes build the confidence, focus, resilience, and mental skills needed to perform at their best on the field and feel the best off the field during the most important stretch of the recruiting process.
June 1 - September 1
Support throughout the full recruiting summer.
Dates can be flexible, especially for those with a June 15th recruiting window date.

Meet Your Sport Psychology Consultant
Kiley Smith, MS, CMPC Candidate
Kiley is a Mental Performance Consultant who works with athletes across a wide range of sports to build confidence, manage pressure, and perform consistently in competitive environments. As a CMPC candidate, she brings a strong foundation in sport psychology along with a practical, athlete-centered approach. Kiley has experience working with both team and individual sport athletes through their recruiting process, helping them develop the mental skills needed to navigate challenges, stay focused, and perform at their best.
