We work 1:1 with lacrosse athletes to help them handle the pressure, confidence swings, and mental challenges that come with the recruiting process.

Instead of reacting to every performance or comparison, athletes learn to reset quickly, stay focused, show up consistently, and find their full potential in the moments that matter most.

Performance Program

A structured, high-level mental performance program designed specifically for lacrosse athletes navigating the recruiting summer.

Through consistent 1:1 support, athletes build the confidence, focus, resilience, and mental skills needed to perform at their best on the field and feel the best off the field during the most important stretch of the recruiting process.

June 1 - September 1

Elite Program

High-touch support for when it matters most.

Athletes receive support not just in sessions, but during the moments that matter most, helping them reset, refocus, and perform with confidence throughout the recruiting process.

  • Weekly 1:1 Zoom sessions (14+)

  • Ongoing support between sessions (text + voice notes)

  • Quick check-in calls as needed

  • Tournament, camp, & showcase support

  • Personalized mental performance tools, such as personalized recorded visualization and meditation scripts
